InterFood Ural 2025 - specialized Food & Beverage Exhibition (B2B)

InterFood Ural is one of the largest B2B food and beverage exhibitions in the Ural region for professionals in the food business. Both well-known manufacturers and new companies, whose products you will not find either on store shelves or online, take part in the exhibition.

The exhibition is visited by specialists from Sverdlovsk, Chelyabinsk, Tyumen, Kurgan regions, Perm Krai, and other regions of Russia:

• Directors, heads of procurement, and category managers of wholesale and retail trade companies;
• Directors, production managers, technologists, engineers of food production enterprises;

The InterFood Ural exhibition will take place on October 29–31, 2025, in Yekaterinburg at the IEC Ekaterinburg-EXPO.

InterFood Ural 2025 will be held with the support of the Government of the Sverdlovsk Region and the Administration of Yekaterinburg. It will be held simultaneously with FoodTech Ural 2025 (equipment, packaging, and ingredients for food and beverage production) and the international exhibition of agricultural machinery, materials, and equipment for livestock and crop production AgroProm Ural.
