The exhibition is the largest specialized Congress & Expo project in Russia aimed at developing medical and health tourism, and is held during the International Scientific and Practical Forum 'Russian Healthcare Week'.

'MedTravelExpo. Medical clinics, Health and Spa Resorts' is primarily aimed at facilitating implementation of national projects является содействие реализации национальных проектов 'Long and active life, 'New technologies for health preserving' and 'Family', 'Tourism and hospitality'.
The Forum is sponsored by the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation and JSC Expocentre. The Forum is supported by the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation under the patronage of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation.
The exhibition will take place at International Exhibition Center 'Crocus Expo' (Miakinino metro station, Krasnogorsk, Moscow region).
