The Moscow International Trade Fair of Tools, Equipment and Technologies MITEX is the central tooling event in Russia and CIS countries. In 2022, the event is traditionally bringing together old-timers and newcomers to the tooling market. Visitors of MITEX 2022 will get acquainted with the technological novelties for industrial and domestic purposes in more than 27 thematic sections, including manual electric and mechanical tools, equipment for different industry sectors, construction and repair shops.
More than 200 companies from 12 countries presented their products at the 2021 Trade Fair covering an area of 12500 m². More than 9,000 professionals visited the fair over four days. A record-breaking number of exhibitors was set in 2019 - 558 companies from 21 countries, 22,000 visitors, and a total exhibition area of 22,100 m².
More than 80% of companies confirmed their participation in MITEX 2022 immediately after last year's fair, according to statistics. However, this year's exposition will also feature a number of premieres. In particular, visitors will discover the products of the Turkish companies Civtec Civata and Kristal Kesici Aletler, which specialize in fasteners and ceramic tools, and Villager from Serbia will demonstrate its garden and power tools.
The pressing issue of import substitution will be addressed by Russian manufacturers, including the manufacturer of tools for door and furniture crafts FARIDKAMAL, as well as "Mica Factory" (Slyudianaya Fabrica) - the leader in the production of electric soldering irons in Russia.
