Business program highlights
Key events of the exhibition include: the Design Space Forum for Designers and Architects, the specialized workshop festival MASTER-FEST, the International Architecture Days Festival, and other activities.
The Design Space Forum brings together creative and ambitious professionals as well as young specialists in design and architecture from Krasnodar Krai and other regions of Southern Russia to discuss current challenges and share best practices. Among the speakers are Dmitry Yakubov, Anna Akopyan, Alexander Batenkov, Anastasia Romashkevich, Mikhail Novinsky, and others. At YugBuild 2025, on the occasion of the exhibition’s anniversary, Design Space was expanded with a special Interior Solutions Expo. Design Space provides exclusive knowledge and motivation for the successful implementation of design and architecture projects.
The MASTER-FEST Festival is a networking platform for representatives of all specialties in the construction and finishing industry, held in the format of live workshops. It delivers maximum practical knowledge directly from specialists through demonstrations of new materials, tools, and equipment. Participants can explore the latest building products and learn technologies for working with them. Master classes also provide an opportunity to assess the quality of materials before making large-scale purchases.
The Open Lecture Hall features popular bloggers and experts such as Vadim Bogov, Lazaros Kiziridis, Vladimir Kerchensky, Alexey Kulnev, and others. Sessions cover engineering systems, general construction, painting, finishing works, and legal aspects.
The International Festival “Architecture Days” is an annual event uniting the professional community to present leading architectural projects and address pressing challenges in the architecture and construction industry. The festival is organized by the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning of Krasnodar Krai, the Krasnodar Regional Branch of the Union of Architects of Russia, and the Southern Branch of the Russian Academy of Architecture and Construction Sciences.
At YugBuild, professional skill competitions are also held for masons, plasterers, and tilers. In 2025, for the first time, the exhibition hosted the Knauf Dry Construction Pro League competition.

In 2025, YugBuild hosted the YugBIM Conference for the first time, showcasing the effectiveness of BIM technologies for developers and builders. The conference addressed pressing issues related to the use of BIM in practice — from legislative nuances to implementation challenges, cost estimation specifics, and ROI. The co-organizer of the conference was KRGP Group.
