Space, flexibility, contemporary style - all of these are on offer at ADNEC’s 12 halls which offer event organisers inter-connected and flat-roofed floor space of 73,000sqm with endless possibilities for all types of exhibitions and events. Conveniently accessible and stylishly decorated with a mixture of Arabian and modern fixtures, ADNEC’s Conference Halls are the perfect location for any conference, banquet or special event. With a maximum capacity of up to 1,000 guests, our conference halls can be sub-divided into two, three and four smaller meeting rooms by fully retractable walls. As part of ADNEC’s innovative design, the front of each hall can be partially removed to allow a show to expand into the stunning 18,000sqm Concourse, with integrated I.T. facilities. The hall space is complemented by extensive event services including imaginative conference and banqueting facilities. ADNEC's newly unveiled ICC (International Convention Centre) Abu Dhabi, offers fully flexible, tiered seating for up to 6,000 delegates and is the perfect place to host large meetings and conferences. The venue has adjacent exhibition space, catering areas and a range of accommodation options across three, four, and five-stars totaling more than 4,000 rooms either on-site or within 10 minutes of the venue. ICC Abu Dhabi has set the stage for the World Ophthalmology Congress 2012, the largest congress to be staged in the UAE capital, as well as a number of other major events including the World Future Energy Summit (WFES) and the first IRENA (International Renewable Energy Agency) General Assembly.
AsiaWorld-Expo offers a full range of meeting and conference facilities and is the only venue in Hong Kong able to accommodate any events from small, intimate gatherings right up to mega-functions of over 10,000 delegates. All of the meeting rooms available at AsiaWorld-Expo can be used individually or smoothly combined to form bigger meeting areas as per organisers' needs, with the world-class AsiaWorld-Arena itself offering a maximum capacity of 14,000 for large-scale meetings and conferences. All of the meeting rooms have efficient underground servicing, data systems, telecoms and wireless LAN. With its excellent facilities, AsiaWorld-Expo has already hosted a number of large-scale corporate events including: Nu Skin Enterprises - Greater China & SEA Regional Convention 2006 & 2008, Sunrider International Grand Convention and HSBC CEO conference, etc.
